Hello. My name is Will Snead and I am a Keller-Williams Sales associate and Realtor.
I have been married to my lovely wife Diana for 15 years and we have 3 wonderful children named Lauren, Joshua and Jade. We have lived in McKinney and the state of Texas since June of 2000. Prior to that we lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia since 1990. I am a 1989 Graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. I served 10 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. I fully enjoyed those 10 years with the Navy, but I quickly realized that the next 10 years with the Navy would result in at least 75% separation time from my family and I was not willing to accept that or put my family through those tough times.
So I decided to pursue a career in corporate America. Once in the corporate world I decided that I wanted to do something that I truly loved and that was Real Estate. I love talking to people about houses, financing options, and helping those people realize their dreams of owning a home for the first time or just upgrading from their previous home.
Coupled with my affection for Real Estate is my work ethic, which is based on the core principles of Honor, Courage, Integrity and Commitment. I am committed to treating each client's transaction as if it were my own and I will work hard to ensure that your individual Real Estate transaction goes as smooth as possible and results in maximum financial gain given the market conditions.
The way I measure my success is whether your satisfaction and approval of my performance as your agent would lead you to call on me again to represent you in future Real Estate transactions or that you would recommend me to a family, friend or associate.
